Call for application for the 8th Asian Youth Workers Training
Offering Asian Youth Workers Training from Oct. 12 to 19, 2014 in Republic of Korea
All costs will be covered (accommodation, meal, lectures, study trips) except for round airfare, passport and visa
Application due date: 31st July, 2014
Korea Youth Work Agency will hold the 8th Asian Youth Workers Training to support Asian youth workers as a great leader who can bring positive changes in lives of youth. The program, which began in 2007, creates opportunities for youth workers to study the social and political situation of young people in Asia through specialized lectures, study trips and workshops.
This year’s training program is prepared to provide the introduction about Korean youth policy and youth activity program. This opportunity will also enable participants to develop the essential knowledge, skills and principles for planning long- term strategy of youth activities in their own countries. Moreover, it will be a great chance to meet other Asian youth workers from different countries and to share diverse ideas in the field.
Any youth workers who are interested in establishing and sharing youth policy and activities can be part for this program. If your organization have any applicant to recommend, please send us back completed application form by 31st July. Once you are confirmed to participate in this program, invitation letter will be sent to you.
